Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

For the avoidance of any doubt, the promotion and the prize draw are run by the Promoter and its agencies only and not in any way endorsed, sponsored or administered by, or associated with, any other brand, company or organisation.

Who can enter?

This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain and Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over. Participants must be registered Sync Energy Installers. Employees and their immediate family members of the Promoter and its affiliated companies, the employees and their immediate family members of Centrica and the employees and their immediate family members of any third-party companies or agencies assisting or associated with the promotion or its operation are not eligible to participate and should not enter any promotion including employees of LUCECO PLC and its affiliated companies. Proof of age may be required.

When does the promotion start and finish?

The promotion will run from 00:01 on 01.10.2025 and will close at 23:59 on 10.12.2025.

Claims received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for participation in this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, claims will be counted as such at the time of receipt by the Promoter.

How do I Enter?

• Ensure you are registered as a Sync Energy Installer and have downloaded the Sync Energy App.
• Install any three (3) Sync Energy EV Chargers during the promotional period.
• For every three (3) completed and verified installations, you will earn one (1) £20 Lifestyle digital voucher.
• Installations must be logged via the Sync Energy App. Installation history must be visible in the Sync Energy App for verification during the Promotional Period.

How do I Claim?

Claims should be registered via the Sync Energy App installation history.

The Promoter is not liable for: Any claims lost or delayed due to faulty, failed, or erroneous electronic data transmissions, including but not limited to communication line failure, regardless of cause, involving equipment, systems, networks, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used in any aspect of this Promotion causing delays or disruption, as well as claims lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete, or unable to be delivered for any technical, delivery, or other reason, will not be considered eligible.

Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet will not be considered as grounds for exception from this general rule. Claimants are responsible for accurately entering their details. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or late claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not suffice as proof of entry.

How are claimants notified?

Each qualifying installer will receive a £20 Lifestyle digital voucher for every three (3) installations completed.

Vouchers will be distributed to successful claimants by email on or around 15 December 2025. The claimant must provide their full name, postal address, telephone number and email address to claim their vouchers. If the claimant cannot be contacted or does not claim the voucher within 14 calendar days of notification, then the claim will be forfeited.

The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable additional steps to verify the identity and eligibility of the prize winners.

How are rewards issued?

• Each qualifying installer will receive a £20 Lifestyle digital voucher for every three (3) installations completed.
• Digital vouchers will be distributed by email on 15 December 2025.
• Vouchers are provided by Lifestyle Gift Cards and are subject to their own terms and conditions (add a link here).
• There is no limit on the number of vouchers an installer can earn. The more you install, the more you earn.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any claim with another of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances or stock availability issues.

Publicity

The installer may be requested to take part in media activity relating to the incentive. The Promoter shall not use the claimants name and image in connection with such publicity unless the claimant notifies the Promoter that it is willing to allow its name and/or image to be used in this way.

Proof of ID and verification

The Promotor may need to verify claims including but not limited to asking for proof of address, age and identity details (which must be provided within 72 hours) and reserves the right to refuse to a reward or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the claimant if it has reason to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s requirements or otherwise where there are grounds to believe a claimant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or used fraudulent means.

Technical matters

If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not operated or conducted as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries.

If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

The Promotor has no control over internet and communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.

The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all matters relating to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

Data protection

The Promoter is responsible for the collection and use of entrants’ personal data. Personal data is only processed for the purpose of participating in the promotion, identifying and contacting the winners. All entry data will be deleted no later than 3 months after the promotion closes. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their personal data as described herein and can withdraw consent at any time but on withdrawal will no longer be able to participate in the promotion.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, WhatsApp or X (formerly known as Twitter), or any other social network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.

The Promoter will only send marketing communications if explicit consent is provided at the time of entry.

Legal Liability

Limitation of Liability: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and (iii) any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for the Promoter to exclude or restrict its liability.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliated companies and each of, their respective directors, officers and employees and agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any claimant or accept any liability for any indirect, special, pure economic or consequential loss or damage or loss of revenues, profits or goodwill whether such loss or damage occurs as a result of participation in this promotion, taking up a reward or otherwise.

Subject to section 16: the Promoter’s maximum liability under these Terms and Conditions to any claimant or third party in any circumstance shall not exceed fifty pounds sterling (GBP 50.00); and each entrant agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, its affiliated companies and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the operation or administration of the promotion and the entrants’ participation herein; Claimants’ statutory rights are not affected.

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for the resolution of any dispute relating to them.
