The Homeowner EV charger grant has ended!
From April 2022 the scheme which enabled homeowners to apply for a grant of up to 75% (£350 maximum) towards the cost of an EV charger, will no longer be open. To qualify, the charging point must have been installed before 31st March 2022.
OZEV classes Homeowners (including those with mortgages) as people who live in single-unit properties such as bungalows, detached, semi-detached or terraced housing.
However, the scheme remains open to homeowners who live in flats, and people in rented accommodation.

Please note: These changes don’t affect the Scottish Energy Saving Trust (EST) grant. Scottish Residents are eligible to receive a grant provided by EST. This grant offers up to £250 towards the cost of installation. In order to claim the EST grant, the application and paperwork must be completed and approved prior to installation.
